Shipping and Return Policy

ALL SURFBOARD SALES ARE FINAL

We stand by the craftsmanship and durability of our products. If you are not satisfied with any Rusty Del Mar branded product, return it for a refund/exchange within one year. After one year, we will also consider returns for items that are defective or don’t perform as designed.

All other apparel & accessories: 30 days to return the product for a full refund with the original receipt ( WE DO NOT GIVE CASHBACK .) After 30 days, you may exchange the item, or store credit will be issued. We will also consider returns for items that are defective.

We do require an original receipt for a full refund. Without a receipt, you will be issued a store credit for the current price.

Sale items: You may exchange sale items or return them for store credit only, at their current sale price.

Wetsuits: We do not return or exchange used wetsuits. Wetsuits are returned to the manufacturer for repair. *If the wetsuit is deemed defective we will replace or exchange the wetsuit.

Surfboards: Surfboards are non-returnable items and cannot be returned or exchanged. They are handmade and can ding or break even under normal conditions. If you have a surfboard question after purchase please call or email before bringing it in.

If you have a problem with one of our products, please contact us. We will try to work with you to make it right.

Rusty Del Mar ships to all 50 United States via USPS and APO’s. We do not ship internationally.

To return an item ship your package back to our Online department. Refunds and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt for items that have not been worn, altered, or washed and include tags attached if applicable.

You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed. Please contact us with any additional questions.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of your exchange from the date we receive your package. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge. With your package, please include your name, address, phone number, email address, and which items you are exchanging for.

If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact our Customer Service Team prior to placing your order. We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier and insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.
